Who is Landlo?
As a property management company, we handle the management of your property and tenancy on behalf of your landlord. You should have received a letter at the start of your tenancy, or when we began managing your property. A copy of the welcome letter is available here for your reference.
How long will it take to fix a maintenance issue?
Response times vary based on urgency. Emergency repairs are usually addressed within 24 hours if possible, while non-urgent issues may take a few days.
How do I pay rent?
Please follow the instructions you have received on how to pay your rent. You can pay your rent using a card, or you can set up a standing order via our payment provider. Please do not hesitate to message us if you have not received an email or if you need more information.
